The Newly Renovated Genesis Ajax Building Is Almost Finished

We are eagerly anticipating our return to a completely revamped 250 Westney Road South in the near future.

Our team broke ground in early May of last year, and their dedication and hard work is starting to show real results.

Genesis Ajax possesses a deep understanding of its clients, including their needs, expectations, and desires.

That’s why we are aiming to evolve our shopping experience. We are consistently aiming to surpass those expectations by giving you the most unique car shopping or servicing experience possible.

What Will Be New In The Service Department?

When owners start visiting for service, they will find drive-in service bays, allowing you to pull right up to your Service Advisor without leaving your vehicle.

We’re also anticipating shorter wait times for our customers because when construction ends we will have increased the number of lifts in the shop significantly.

There will be twice as many mechanical bays, for a total of ten, including three dedicated to electric vehicle repair.

As one of the only licensed Genesis service providers between Toronto and Ottawa, our team is dedicated to providing the best experience possible to everyone who comes through our doors.

A More Comfortable Shopping Experience Awaits At Genesis Ajax

Genesis believes our customers deserve a shopping experience they enjoy, and the new showroom design will bring that experience when it opens.

The new space will be bright and open, designed to allow customers to sit in and touch the latest Genesis while also providing private spaces for personal conversations between you and your family members or our Experience Managers.

In addition to modernized seating areas, our new showroom will include a complete beverage bar and library that is available for both sales and service customers.

Finally, there will be a dedicated delivery bay where new owners can take ownership of their vehicle inside and away from the elements.

This provides a comfortable environment for you to learn about the features of your new vehicle from a Genesis Experience Manager.
